ALICIA RYAN, FOUNDER
Alicia Ryan is an award-winning Realtor with a reputation for delivering results – an attribute that has made her a trusted name in the business. She has dedicated her career in Real Estate to helping new and returning clients find their dream home with the best terms. Alicia grew up in Kimberly, BC and moved to Calgary, Alberta in 2004. Having earned her Realtor License in 2009, Alicia began her career in a boutique brokerage setting before she Co-founded the Dolce Real Estate Group, under Century 21.
She possesses an intimate understanding of the process behind buying and selling homes, and is there to lend her expert advice while managing the small print. She is with you every step of the way, from consultation to handing you the keys to your new home – the most rewarding part of the business for her.
Alicia has a charismatic, approachable charm that allows her to form a positive connection with everyone she meets. Her natural composure is comforting, if not contagious to those around her. Aside from being a Realtor, Alicia is a wife and mother to a growing family. She enjoys spin, yoga, skiing and getting outside to enjoy the small town activities she grew up with.
PUNAM GREWAL, ASSOCIATE
Punam’s introduction to Real Estate started young, at 19 she purchased her first property to live in while attending U of A. She felt strongly compelled to purchasing rather than renting or living on res. It was an unsurprising decision to her friends and family that know Punam for her ambitious, dependable personality. It turned out to be a life-changing decision, one that would eventually direct her to her true passion. Punam continued on with her education and began a fulfilling career as a high school English teacher for 10 years.
Despite enjoying her career she had an electrifying excitement for Real Estate that she couldn’t ignore. Her passion and determined nature lead her to get her Real Estate license so she could help give others the rewarding and inspiring process of finding a place to call home. In addition to working with infill construction projects, she’s actively involved in purchasing foreclosures and distressed properties which she then renovates and re-lists. Her vast experience in Real Estate allows her to get the best deals on investments for each of her clients. She makes the journey to your new home seamless coupling her Real Estate expertise with her keen eye for style and design. Since making the change she’s helped many clients find ‘THE’ one. Her career in teaching lent her skills that benefit her Real Estate clients today. Her attention to detail, organization skills, and negotiation skills are second to none.
When Punam’s not out selling homes you may find her training for a half marathon, in spin class, HIIT training or spending some quality time with her two lovely daughters. She’s also an avid traveler with a heart of gold. Her most recent adventure was a humanitarian trip to Tanzania and safari in the Serengeti! You’ll have to ask her about it – we guarantee you’ll have a colourful conversation traveling between each showing! We know you’ll adore Punam as much as we do!
AIMEE ZHOU, ASSOCIATE
Originally from south of mainland China Aimee, moved to Calgary in 2005 and has been loving the city ever since. Having studied Accounting and Commerce in University she quickly learned the importance of being detail-oriented, a skill that lends well in helping her Real Estate clients today. Aimee’s keen eye for architecture soon led her into her successful Real Estate career.
The foundation to her 5+ years of Real Estate success has been based on her genuine love for finding each of her clients their dream home and the excitement they radiate on move-in day. She’s a true people person and the friend you can depend on for honest advice, especially in one of the most important purchases a family or individual can make. Her dedication to each of her clients is evident in each deal. She takes the utmost care in creating a transparent process for each client, backed by her extensive market knowledge that she continually updates to stay on top of the ever-changing market.
Aimee is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and is well versed in Chinese Fengshui making her the most ideal Realtor for many Calgarians. When she’s not selling homes you may find her nestled up with a good book, out skiing on the slopes, or travelling. BROOKE CARSON, ASSOCIATE
Having spent a prior 2 years working in property management handling critical back-end documentation, Brooke brings a meticulous understanding of the imperative details in all Real Estate transactions and maintenance.
Her clients find a great deal of comfort in her attention to detail, resourcefulness, and vast personal and professional knowledge of buying and selling. You can always depend on her to be on top of things while leading with integrity and keeping her client's best interest at the forefront. Her undeniably warm and approachable personality creates a safe place for everyone, no matter what stage of their journey.
As a wife to a professional hockey player Brooke has a thorough understanding of what it’s like to relocate as a family. After a decade of travelling between Canada and Europe as her husband lived out his dreams, she developed an indisputable ability to connect with clients on a different level when relocating to Calgary from afar.
When Brooke isn’t helping her clients attain their Real Estate dreams you can find this homegrown Saskatchewanian spending time with her husband and 2 young boys, exercising, going out for monthly dinners with her girlfriends, or travelling. If you’ve ever daydreamed about what it’s like to live in Sweden, Finland, Austria, Germany or Slovakia, then you’re sure to have a gripping conversation between home showings, because she’s lived in them ALL!
ALISSA ENGELHARDT, MARKETING COORDINATOR
Alissa has always had a passion for marketing, advertising and all things creative. She studied Marketing at Western University and Media Design and Production at Fanshawe College. After her graduation she moved from Toronto to Edmonton, and eventually found herself falling in love with Calgary.
In 2017 she took the leap and moved to Calgary, settling in with Dolce Real Estate as their Client Care and Marketing Coordinator. She’s a social media lover, photography fanatic, design nut and content creator extraordinaire. Now she’s using her skills to pump up the volume for Dolce Real Estate and all of its clients.
Her calm, open-minded personality creates a harmonious environment for anyone that works with her. On her down time you can find Alissa hiking through the Rockies with her camera, or attending various art events throughout the city.
